Introducing new guidance for employers

We have published new guidance for employers which outlines the steps and support available for establishing recruitment pathways with prisons.

As an employer, you may have lots of questions about working with people in prison and hiring prison leavers. To help answer those questions we have developed the new guidance to help you navigate the prison system to recruit talent directly from it.

It will also help you understand the support you can expect from us, and from individual prisons.
