On the 21st October 2021, the Ministry of Justice and New Futures Network hosted a virtual summit for employers to learn about recruiting prison leavers.
Leading businesses already benefitting from recruiting people from prison including Timpson, Greene King & Greggs shared their experience, advice and knowledge.
The day consisted of a headline session featuring the Deputy Prime Minister, followed by three workshops covering diversity and inclusion, recruitment practicalities and social value.
